I've been using this for my commute and the bottle pocket actually fits my 32oz water bottle without it tipping out. The quilted nylon is way lighter than my old backpack but still feels sturdy. Front pocket swallows my keys, phone and transit card without any digging.

I've been using this for my commute for about three weeks and the chest strap actually makes a difference on longer walks. It's surprisingly light for how much I can fit in the front pocket, and the nylon shell has shrugged off a couple of light rain showers. The padding on the back is comfy too.
