This wool fleece is so much warmer than the cotton blankets we were using, and it holds heat without feeling heavy on her. I layer it over the sleep sack on cold nights and she stays cosy till morning.
The oatmeal melange color is even nicer in person and the wool fleece feels warm without being bulky. I've been using it as an extra layer over the duvet on chilly nights and my son stays cozy all through his nap.
Bought this for my daughter's nap time and she stays warm without getting sweaty, which was my worry with wool. The fleece is genuinely soft against her cheeks and it hasn't pilled after three washes.
