The push button closure is way easier than Velcro, especially during the phase where my baby grabs at everything. The organic cotton has just enough stretch that it doesn't dig into his neck, and the two adjustment levels mean it'll still fit in a few months.
I've washed these a few times already and the organic cotton still feels soft against my baby's neck, no scratchiness at all. The two adjustment levels are handy since she's between sizes right now.
